Our fast furniture deliveries to Southport are palletised to kerbside only, though most freight drivers will move the pallet a few yards to the building entrance via pump truck providing there are no steps and access is level. Please note that 3rd party delivery personnel are not required to deliver pallets indoors or take goods off the pallets for you though by special request most delivery personnel will often wait on site a minute or two while a pallet is unloaded by a customer and then take the pallet away from your Southport building if required.

We charge a fixed pallet delivery charge of just £29.95 plus VAT per order. Small orders will incur an additional small order charge of £10 plus VAT. Please note that failed deliveries due to either unnotified unsuitable access for a pallet delivery vehicle or due to noone being available to receive the goods would incur an additional charge of £30 plus VAT per pallet footprint. Our service is for business customers only but recognising that a lot of commercial customers run offices at home so we are able to offer kerbside palletised delivery to residential addresses on condition that there is suitable access for a palletised delivery vehicle and that someone will be able to receive the furniture all day on the date promised bearing in mind the high costs of arranging redelivery. Our freight delivery partners are unable to work around school runs and the like though we might offer timed delivery services at extra cost.
