Providing stock is available, usually orders for beech desking placed and paid before 11am on a working week day will be delivered to Southampton by the next working day, however it sometimes takes 2 working days. Oak or maple finishes can take a day longer. If in doubt call sales to advise on stock and lead times for the specific products that you want.

Please note that the delivery address has to be reachable by a fairly big pallet delivery vehicle. Sales will be happy to let us know if you have concerns about access problems before ordering.

Our superfast office furniture deliveries to Southampton are by pallet and to kerbside only, though most delivery personnel will deliver the pallet a few yards to your building entrance using a pump truck providing there are no steps and access is level. Customers should note that 3rd party delivery staff are not authorised to deliver goods indoors or physically unload pallets for you though on request most delivery drivers will often wait on site a moment or two while a pallet is unloaded by a customer and then remove the pallet from your Southampton site if required.

Filing cabinets and pedestals are mainly supplied with a pre-assembled carcass so no tricky assembly of drawers is required. Most office chairs are delivered boxed and also need to be assembled. The majority of our conference style stackable chairs are delivered ready to use.

We charge a fixed pallet delivery charge of only £29.95 plus VAT per order. Small orders can incur an extra small order charge of £10 plus VAT. Please note that failed deliveries due to either unnotified unsuitable access for a pallet delivery vehicle or due to noone being available to receive the goods would incur an additional charge of £30 plus VAT per pallet footprint. Our service is for business customers only but recognising that many business customers run offices at home so we are happy to undertake kerbside pallet delivery to residential addresses on condition that there is suitable access for a freight vehicle and that someone will be available to receive the furniture throughout the day on the scheduled delivery date bearing in mind the high re-delivery charges. Our freight delivery partners cannot work around school runs and the like though we sometimes can offer timed delivery services at extra cost.
