Please be aware that failed deliveries due to either unnotified unsuitable access for a freight vehicle or due to noone being available to receive the goods would incur an additional charge of £30 plus VAT per pallet footprint. Our service is for commercial customers only but we know that many business customers work at home so we can undertake kerbside palletised delivery to residential addresses providing there is appropiate access for a palletised delivery vehicle and that someone will be available to sign for the goods all day on the date promised bearing in mind the high re-delivery charges. Our freight delivery partners will not work around school runs and the like though we may be able to offer timed delivery services at extra cost.
