When there is stock availability, the majority of orders for beech desking confirmed and paid before 11am on a working day will be delivered to Cardiff on the next working day, but it sometimes takes 2 working days. Oak and maple finishes can take a day longer. Sales will be happy to advise on availability and lead times on the products that you are interested in.

Please note that the delivery address must be accessible by a fairly big pallet delivery vehicle. If in doubt call sales to advise if you have concerns pertaining to suitable access problems before ordering.

Our superfast furniture deliveries to Cardiff are by pallet and to kerbside only, though most delivery personnel will move the pallet a short distance to your building entrance via pump truck if there are no steps and access is fairly level. Please note that 3rd party delivery staff are not expected to deliver goods indoors or unload pallets for you though if asked most delivery personnel will often wait on site a moment or two while a pallet is unloaded by a customer and then take the pallet away from your Cardiff site if required.

Tables, desks, cupboards and bookcases are delivered flat packed and need to be assembled though most desks can be assembled in a few moments. Filing cabinets and pedestals are usually supplied with a pre-assembled carcass so no fiddly assembly of drawers is required. The majority of office chairs are delivered boxed and also require assembly. The majority of our conference style stackable chairs are delivered pre-assembled.

We charge a flat rate pallet delivery charge of just £29.95 plus VAT per order. Small orders will incur an additional small order charge of £10 plus VAT. Please be aware that failed deliveries due to either unnotified unsuitable access for a freight vehicle or due to noone being available to receive the goods would incur an additional charge of £30 plus VAT per pallet footprint. Our service is for commercial customers only but we understand that a lot of commercial customers work at home so we are able to offer kerbside palletised delivery to residential addresses providing there is suitable access for a freight vehicle and that someone will be available to receive the delivery all day on the date promised bearing in mind the high costs of arranging redelivery. Our freight delivery partners cannot work around school runs and the like though we might offer timed delivery services at extra cost.
