Our fast office furniture deliveries to Cannock are by pallet and to kerbside only, though most delivery men will move the pallet a few metres to the building entrance using a pump truck if there are no steps and access is fairly level. Customers should note that 3rd party delivery personnel are not required to deliver pallets indoors or take goods off the pallets for you though if asked most delivery personnel will usually remain on site a minute or two while a pallet is unloaded by a customer and then remove the pallet from your Cannock building if required.

We charge a fixed pallet delivery charge of only £29.95 plus VAT per order. Small orders can incur an additional small order charge of £10 plus VAT. Please note that failed deliveries due to either unnotified unsuitable access for a pallet delivery vehicle or due to noone being available to receive the goods would incur an additional charge of £30 plus VAT per pallet footprint. Our service is for commercial customers only but recognising that many business customers run offices at home so we are able to undertake kerbside pallet delivery to residential premises on condition that there is appropiate access for a freight vehicle and that someone will be able to sign for the delivery throughout the day on the date promised bearing in mind the high re-delivery charges. Our freight delivery partners cannot work around school runs and the like though we might offer timed delivery services at extra cost.
