Please note that failed deliveries due to either unnotified unsuitable access for a pallet delivery vehicle or due to noone being available to receive the goods would incur an additional charge of £30 plus VAT per pallet footprint. Our service is for business customers only but recognising that a lot of commercial customers work at home so we can offer kerbside palletised delivery to residential addresses on condition that there is appropiate access for a palletised delivery vehicle and that someone will be available to sign for the delivery all day on the date promised bearing in mind the high costs of arranging redelivery. Our freight delivery partners will not work around school runs and the like though we may be able to offer timed delivery services at extra cost.
