If there is stock availability, usually orders of beech desking confirmed and settled by 11am on a working week day will be delivered to Bournemouth by the next working day, however it can take 2 working days. Our superfast furniture deliveries to Bournemouth are by pallet and to kerbside only, though most delivery men will move the pallet a few metres to the building entrance via pump truck providing there are no steps and access is fairly level. You should note that 3rd party delivery men are not required to deliver goods indoors or unload pallets for you though by special request most delivery staff will usually remain on site a moment or two while a pallet is unloaded by a customer and then remove the pallet from your Bournemouth building if required.

Desks, tables, cupboards and bookcases are delivered flat packed and require assembly though most desks can be assembled quite quickly. Filing cabinets and pedestals are mostly supplied with a pre-assembled carcass so no fiddly assembly of drawers is required. Most office chairs are dispatched boxed and also require assembly. Most our conference stackable chairs are delivered pre-assembled.

We charge a flat rate pallet delivery charge of just £29.95 plus VAT per order. Small orders will incur an additional small order charge of £10 plus VAT. Please be aware that failed deliveries due to either unnotified unsuitable access for a freight vehicle or due to noone being available to receive the goods would incur an additional charge of £30 plus VAT per pallet footprint. Our goods are offered to business customers only but we understand that many commercial customers run offices at home so we are able to undertake kerbside palletised delivery to residential premises on condition that there is suitable access for a freight vehicle and that someone will be able to receive the furniture throughout the day on the date promised bearing in mind the high costs of arranging redelivery. Our freight delivery partners cannot work around school runs and the like though we sometimes can offer timed delivery services at extra cost.
