Our service is for business customers only but we understand that many business customers run offices at home so we are able to undertake kerbside palletised delivery to residential premises on condition that there is appropiate access for a palletised delivery vehicle and that there is always someone available to receive the furniture throughout the day on the scheduled delivery date bearing in mind the high re-delivery charges. Our freight delivery partners cannot work around school runs and the like though we might offer timed delivery services at extra cost.
