When stock is available, most orders of beech desking confirmed and paid before 11am on a working day will be delivered to Birmingham by the next working day, however it can take 2 working days. Our fast furniture deliveries to Birmingham are palletised to kerbside only, though most freight drivers will transport pallets a few metres to the building entrance using a pump truck providing there are no steps and access is level. Customers should note that 3rd party delivery drivers are not required to deliver pallets indoors or unload pallets for you though if asked most delivery staff will usually remain on site a moment or two while a pallet is unloaded by a customer and then remove the pallet from your Birmingham premises if required.

We know that our service may not be suitable for all customers because the desking has to be handled and assembled by the customer but we believe that our service will appeal to business customers, schools, construction firms and indeed any customer in the Birmingham area who requires business quality furniture quickly or who would like office furniture to be delivered on a particular day by timing their order.

Desks, tables, bookcases and cupboards are delivered flat packed and need to be assembled though most desks can be assembled fairly quickly. Pedestals and filing cabinets are mainly supplied with a pre-built carcass so no difficult assembly of drawers is required. Most office chairs are dispatched boxed and also need to be assembled. The majority of our conference style stacking chairs are delivered pre-assembled.

We charge a standard pallet delivery charge of just £29.95 plus VAT per order. Small orders can incur an additional small order charge of £10 plus VAT. Please be aware that failed deliveries due to either unnotified unsuitable access for a freight vehicle or due to noone being available to receive the goods would incur an additional charge of £30 plus VAT per pallet footprint. Our goods are offered to commercial customers only but recognising that many commercial customers work at home so we are able to offer kerbside palletised delivery to residential premises providing there is appropiate access for a freight vehicle and that there is always someone available to sign for the goods throughout the day on the date promised bearing in mind the high re-delivery charges. Our freight delivery partners will not work around school runs and the like though we may be able to offer timed delivery services at extra cost.
