Our superfast office furniture deliveries to Birkenhead are palletised to kerbside only, though most freight drivers will move the pallet a few metres to the building entrance via pump truck providing there are no steps and access is fairly level. Customers should note that 3rd party delivery staff are not expected to deliver pallets indoors or physically unload pallets for you though by special request most delivery staff will usually remain on site a minute or two while a pallet is unloaded by a customer and then remove the pallet from your Birkenhead site if required.

We charge a standard pallet delivery charge of just £29.95 plus VAT per order. Small orders can incur an extra small order charge of £10 plus VAT. Please note that failed deliveries due to either unnotified unsuitable access for a freight vehicle or due to noone being available to receive the goods would incur an additional charge of £30 plus VAT per pallet footprint. Our goods are offered to commercial customers only but we understand that a lot of commercial customers work at home so we can offer kerbside palletised delivery to residential premises providing there is suitable access for a palletised delivery vehicle and that someone will be available to receive the furniture throughout the day on the date promised bearing in mind the high costs of arranging redelivery. Our freight delivery partners cannot work around school runs and the like though we sometimes can offer timed delivery services at extra cost.
