Please note that failed deliveries due to either unnotified unsuitable access for a pallet delivery vehicle or due to noone being available to receive the goods would incur an additional charge of £30 plus VAT per pallet footprint. Our goods are offered to business customers only but we know that many business customers work at home so we are able to offer kerbside pallet delivery to residential premises on condition that there is suitable access for a palletised delivery vehicle and that someone will be able to receive the goods all day on the date promised bearing in mind the high costs of arranging redelivery. Our freight delivery partners will not work around school runs and the like though we may be able to offer timed delivery services at extra cost.
