Please be aware that failed deliveries due to either unnotified unsuitable access for a freight vehicle or due to noone being available to receive the goods would incur an additional charge of £30 plus VAT per pallet footprint. Our goods are offered to business customers only but recognising that a lot of commercial customers work at home so we can undertake kerbside palletised delivery to residential premises providing there is suitable access for a freight vehicle and that someone will be able to receive the goods throughout the day on the scheduled delivery date bearing in mind the high costs of arranging redelivery. Our freight delivery partners cannot work around school runs and the like though we may be able to offer timed delivery services at extra cost.
