Our service is for commercial customers only but recognising that many commercial customers run offices at home so we are able to offer kerbside pallet delivery to residential premises on condition that there is suitable access for a freight vehicle and that someone will be available to receive the delivery throughout the day on the date promised bearing in mind the high re-delivery charges. Our freight delivery partners cannot work around school runs and the like though we sometimes can offer timed delivery services at extra cost.
