We charge a standard pallet delivery charge of just £29.95 plus VAT per order. Small orders can incur an additional small order charge of £10 plus VAT. Please note that failed deliveries due to either unnotified unsuitable access for a freight vehicle or due to noone being available to receive the goods would incur an additional charge of £30 plus VAT per pallet footprint. Our service is for commercial customers only but we understand that a lot of commercial customers work at home so we are happy to offer kerbside pallet delivery to residential premises on condition that there is suitable access for a palletised delivery vehicle and that someone will be available to sign for the furniture throughout the day on the scheduled delivery date bearing in mind the high costs of arranging redelivery. Our freight delivery partners cannot work around school runs and the like though we might offer timed delivery services at extra cost.
