Please be aware that failed deliveries due to either unnotified unsuitable access for a freight vehicle or due to noone being available to receive the goods would incur an additional charge of £30 plus VAT per pallet footprint. Our goods are offered to commercial customers only but recognising that a lot of business customers run offices at home so we can undertake kerbside palletised delivery to residential addresses providing there is appropiate access for a palletised delivery vehicle and that there is always someone able to sign for the furniture throughout the day on the scheduled delivery date bearing in mind the high re-delivery charges. Our freight delivery partners cannot work around school runs and the like though we may be able to offer timed delivery services at extra cost.
