Our express furniture deliveries to Accrington are by pallet and to kerbside only, though most delivery personnel will transport the pallet a few metres to your building entrance via pump truck providing there are no steps and access is level. You should note that 3rd party delivery personnel are not expected to deliver pallets indoors or physically unload pallets for you though on request many delivery drivers will often wait on site a minute or two whilst a pallet is unloaded by a customer and then remove the pallet from your Accrington site if required.

We charge a flat rate pallet delivery charge of only £29.95 plus VAT per order. Small orders can incur an additional small order charge of £10 plus VAT. Please note that failed deliveries due to either unnotified unsuitable access for a freight vehicle or due to noone being available to receive the goods would incur an additional charge of £30 plus VAT per pallet footprint. Our goods are offered to commercial customers only but we know that a lot of business customers run offices at home so we are happy to undertake kerbside palletised delivery to residential premises on condition that there is suitable access for a palletised delivery vehicle and that someone will be able to receive the furniture all day on the scheduled delivery date bearing in mind the high costs of arranging redelivery. Our freight delivery partners are unable to work around school runs and the like though we sometimes can offer timed delivery services at extra cost.
