Subject to stock availability, orders for beech furniture placed and paid for before 11am on a working day are often delivered to most of England and Wales on the next working day though it can take take 2 working days. Oak or maple finishes often take a day longer. If in doubt call sales to advise on stock and lead times for the specific products that you require.

Our express office furniture deliveries are via pallet and to kerbside only so please note that the delivery address has to be reachable by a fairly big pallet delivery vehicle. Most delivery personnel will move the pallet a few yards to your building entrance using a pump truck providing there are no steps and access is fairly level. If in doubt call sales to discuss if you have concerns pertaining to suitable vehicle access problems before ordering.

Customers should also note that 3rd party freight delivery personnel are not required to deliver goods indoors or take goods off the pallets for you though if asked many delivery personnel will often wait on site a moment or two whilst a pallet is unloaded by a customer and then take the pallet away from your site if required.
